Commercial lighting control

Shutters, blinds and curtains control is an integral part of the Smarteh building automation controlling concept. Smarteh enables the flexibility of deciding whether shading is controlled according to user requirements, based on the actual room status and usage or according to Building Management System (BMS) commands.
Thermal comfort
Thermal comfort is the condition of mind that expresses satisfaction with the thermal environment and is assessed by subjective evaluation (ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 55). Optimal thermal comfort have a significiant positive impacts on the morale, health, wellbeing and productivity of building occupants
Healthy air
Poor indoor air quality has been associated with various health disorders.
Using of volatile organic compound (VOC) and carbon dioxide CO2 sensors allows the ventilation in the room completely automatized. Sensor detects air quality in the room and sends a signal to controller that activates ventilator whenever ventilation is needed. In this way it automatically supplies fresh air into the room and keeps it ventilated and fresh.
Access control
The access devices as key-card RFID readers/holders, electrical locks etc. of the Smarteh access control are directly connected to Smarteh LPC-2 controllers, thus the same automation equipment and capabilities for functioning is used as for all other automation systems. So the access functioning can be integrated inside the controllers for the rooms, offices, halls or other systems, that minimizes the number of controllers, installations, cost of the equipment and simplifies the maintenance.

Same automation modules for entire building
Main control module of Smarteh open Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) LPC-2 system is the heart of the Smarteh building automation systems. Its purpose is to execute application program, communicate through various networks and to exchange data with added input output, communication and peripheral modules. The controller is powered directly from main 230 / 115 V AC power supply.
Smarteh modular controller design allows that same equipment can be used to control the entire building.
The room controller can work as a stand-alone or can be connected to the network.
